Each night we are offered a precious gift. This gift contains the wisdom and guidance to aid us in fulfilling our highest purpose. It is both practical and mystical. Most wander past the gift leaving it’s treasures unopened. What is this gift? It is our dreams.

To live in balance we must honour both the waking, rational and the dreaming visionary aspects of ourselves.
In working with hundreds of dreams, it never fails to amaze me that the dream message is exactly what the dreamer needs to pay attention to at that moment in their life. The dream is like a therapist who always knows which button to push.
